We accept all major credit and debit cards.

We also offer flexible payment plans to help spread the cost of treatments. Please ask during your consultation for more information.

Booking & Refund Policy

All booking fees and treatment payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule your booking up to two times within an 8-week period, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.

Booking fees are:

• £50 for treatments up to £300

• £100 for treatments over £300

Booking fees are required for every appointment, regardless of previous visits to the clinic. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rebooked without fees incurred.

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of your appointment will incur a £50 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged at the full value of the appointment.
